Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nick Crochets. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Time
Because our items are carefully handmade, order fulfillment is split into two categories:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and packed within 2-3 business days.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Take 1-2 weeks to crochet before shipment. Check the individual product page for exact creation timelines.
Note: Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via standard postal services.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal carrier volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nick Crochets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately at hello@nickcrochets.com so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
